What data we collect

When an organization registers (company/NGO/government entity): organization name, contact details, sector, description, and an optional logo.

When a job seeker registers: name, email, phone, preferred sector and governorate, a short bio, and a resume file.

When you use the "Contact us" form: your name, email, and message.

How we use this data

An organization's profile and listings are shown publicly on the Site — that's the nature of the service. A job seeker's data (including their resume) is used to surface relevant jobs to them, and is made visible to organizations reviewing applicants or matching candidates for their own job listings — it is never shared with any third party outside the Site for marketing purposes.

We use your email only for account-related notices (registration confirmation, approval/rejection, password resets, matching-job alerts). We do not use email for marketing, and we do not sell or rent user data to anyone.

Cookies

The Site uses a session cookie (to keep you logged in) and a language-preference cookie only. We do not use any third-party advertising trackers.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. To request a change or deletion of your data, contact us through Contact us.

Children

This Site is not directed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the legal working age.
